On January 6th 2021, a violent mob broke into the DC Capitol building in an effort to change the outcome of the electoral process. You can call these people “protestors” or you can them “insurrectionists,” whatever you want to call them today, that’s fine (I don’t give a turkey), this isn’t about them or what they did. This is about broaching the question: did Trump actually “incite” the DC Capitol violence?
